Common Questions
Do I need to provide my own tools?
Vision provides all major power tools, ladders, and specialty testing equipment. Technicians are expected to have a basic professional set of hand tools.
What is the travel requirement?
Most of our work is within the Greater Houston area. Occasional overnight travel may be required for special large-scale projects, but it is not the norm.
Do you offer training and certifications?
Yes! We heavily invest in our team. We sponsor certifications for Crestron, Biamp, OSHA, and other key manufacturer training to help you advance your career.

We are seeking an experienced Lead A/V Technician to manage commercial installations, from structured cabling to final commissioning of Crestron and Biamp systems.
Security Installation Technician
Responsible for the installation and service of IP video surveillance and access control systems. Experience with Axis or similar platforms preferred.
